Assistant Director, Systemwide Talent Acquisition Chancellor's Office
The California State University, Office of the Chancellor, is seeking an Assistant Director, Systemwide Talent Acquisition to be responsible for managing, leading, coordinating and leveraging CSU talent acquisition policies, programs, and strategies in support of talent acquisition and retention efforts, in collaboration with the 23 CSU campuses and the Chancellor’s Office. This position will also work closely with the other systemwide HR and communications teams to promote and implement best practices for talent acquisition as well as exploring opportunities for improving effectiveness and efficiency in talent acquisition across the CSU.
University Counsel - Civil Rights Chancellor's Office
The California State University, Office of the Chancellor, is seeking a University Counsel – Civil Rights who will be an attorney in the Office of General Counsel in the headquarters office in Long Beach and will be assigned to work systemwide in the Chancellor’s Office. The incumbent will be assigned to and focused on advising one of several systemwide Civil Rights Directors in Systemwide Human Resources (or an equivalent position), and the correlating campus Title IX and Discrimination, Harassment and Retaliation administrators which the assigned systemwide Civil Rights Director oversees (generally between four and five campuses). The incumbent will also provide legal advice and counsel to the Civil Rights unit of Systemwide Human Resources, as well as to all attorneys in the Office of General Counsel, and other Chancellor’s Office and campus administrators, and will be a subject matter expert in all matters related to applicable Civil Rights laws, regulations, and policies.
Co-Director, Center for the Advancement of Reading and Writing Chancellor's Office
The California State University, Office of the Chancellor, is seeking a Co-Director, Center for the Advancement of Reading and Writing to be responsible for leading and managing the Center and ensuring that its stated mission is accomplished. The Co-Director provides leadership and support to CSU education programs in the area of literacy. The Co-Director is also responsible for directing statewide academic preparation efforts to ensure literacy development of California’s PK-12 students, facilitating their success in college. This includes providing leadership and overall administration of the CSU college preparatory Expository Reading and Writing Curriculum (ERWC) which is widely adopted in CA high schools.
ATS Learning Technologies/LMS Coordinator Chancellor's Office
The California State University, Office of the Chancellor, is seeking an ATS Learning Technologies/LMS Coordinator to report to and support the Assistant Vice Chancellor for Academic Technology Services, and this position will work in concert with and in support of academic technology services including the CO Learning Management System, Affordable Learning Solutions, Systemwide Digital Library Services, Systemwide Digital Collections Services, Online Course Services, Calstate Online, the Accessible Technology Initiative, and the ATS web team.  This position will create and facilitate communication and technology administration in support of ATS.

The California State University, Office of the Chancellor, is seeking a Financial and Operations Specialist, SSIE to provide strategic recommendations and insights to maximize department resources and supports administrative operations of the department. This position leads, coordinates, administers, and analyzes the fiscal and budgetary policies and procedures for all managed budgets within SSIE with varying complex fund sources and constraints.
