This position is responsible for analyzing budgets, monitoring expenditures, reconciling financial records, coordinating housing billing processes, and ensuring compliance with CSU policies and applicable regulations. The role exercises independent judgment in resolving financial discrepancies, evaluating account activity, and recommending solutions to support efficient Housing operations. As a key resource to Student Housing leadership, the incumbent collaborates with campus partners, provides financial analysis and recommendations, trains staff on related processes, supports continuous improvement initiatives, and assists in maintaining effective financial controls and administrative procedures.
Secured Watch (Licensed Track) Student Assistant-Solano Campus	Maritime Academy, Cal Poly - Solano Campus (Vallejo)
The Student Assistant Secured Watch Stander is responsible for supporting the safety and security of the Training Ship Golden Bear. Secured Watch consists of two (2) licensed track Engine and two (2) licensed track Deck cadets on duty at all times. Watch assignments will generally consist of four (4)-hour shifts unless otherwise approved. Part-time position is available in the Training Ship Golden Bear (Only around holidays) .
