Human Resources Business Systems Analyst Chancellor's Office
The California State University, Office of the Chancellor, is seeking a Human Resources Business Systems Analyst to provide functional support for CSU's PeopleSoft HCM application within Information Systems. Information Systems’ Application Development area encompasses application support and upgrade activities for 23 campuses and the CSU Chancellor’s Office (CO), integration with other third-party/external and/or internal systems and the consolidation of the HR databases implementation (CHRS). The HR Business Systems Analyst requires proactive initiative to resolve the most complex HCM application issues in support/development areas that include upgrade, implementation, system analysis, planning, design, development and support of the HR application. Specific functional support assignments may change at any time based on Application Development’s projects and priorities, including supporting other applications within the team.
University Planner Chancellor's Office
The California State University, Office of the Chancellor, is seeking a University Planner to be responsible for providing ongoing support to their assigned campuses for the planning, development and management of the built environment. They have responsibility for overseeing their assigned campuses and interfacing with campus staff on all project planning activities including review of project programs, budgets and schedules, for the purpose of developing the CSU Five-Year Plan. The position reviews, updates and implements Board of Trustees’ policy in developing the campus physical master plan and communicates with campus staff on all physical planning activities from project conception to construction implementation and maintenance for all programs. Technical responsibilities supporting CPDC and the Facilities Planning Unit are included in this position.

Systemwide Associate Director, Financial Aid Programs Chancellor's Office
The California State University, Office of the Chancellor, is seeking a Systemwide Associate Director, Financial Aid Programs to manage the collection, compilation, analyses, maintenance, and reporting of systemwide current and historical financial aid data internally and at the state and national level. The incumbent will provide leadership for the financial aid unit and be the primary liaison with the Chancellor’s Office (CO) Common Management Systems (CMS) team. This position will work with campuses and the CO CMS team on implementing all needed PeopleSoft functionality as well as any additional software systems. This position will assist in identifying and proposing systemwide policies. The incumbent manages the development, queries, and procedures for financial aid. The incumbent oversees projects; including but not limited to reports, forecasts, IPEDS, and ad hoc projects. The incumbent also oversees changes to the financial aid web pages and publications. The incumbent represents the CSU on various intersegmental committees and task forces at the statewide and federal level. The incumbent is expected to provide project management, regulatory, statutory, and audit guidance; as well as conduct presentations to campus aid directors, business offices, CSU (CMS), and educational partners. The incumbent oversees contracts of systemwide loan servicing for Federal Perkins loan, California dream loan, federal nursing loans, and systemwide institutional loans and collection agency contracts and audits of invoices provided to the CSU Chancellor’s Office and serves as the primary Chancellor’s Office liaison with campus business offices, student financial services, and collection personnel on issues and policies related to these critical services. The incumbent will be assigned to and focused on advising one of several systemwide Civil Rights Directors in Systemwide Human Resources (or an equivalent position), and the correlating campus Title IX and Discrimination, Harassment and Retaliation administrators which the assigned systemwide Civil Rights Director oversees (generally between four and five campuses). The incumbent will also provide legal advice and counsel to the Civil Rights unit of Systemwide Human Resources, as well as to all attorneys in the Office of General Counsel, and other Chancellor’s Office and campus administrators, and will be a subject matter expert in all matters related to applicable Civil Rights laws, regulations, and policies.
