Financial Aid Programs Manager Chancellor's Office
The California State University, Office of the Chancellor, is seeking a Financial Aid Programs Manager to manage the development, promotion, and implementation of systemwide financial wellness programming. Ensure that assets developed can be utilized across the 23 universities and the Chancellor’s Office. The incumbent will also be responsible for developing training for financial aid offices across the 23 universities and managing internal and external web content. The incumbent represents the CSU on various intersegmental committees and task forces at the statewide level. The incumbent will work collaboratively with cross-divisional managers and committees including Financial Aid Directors, Financial Aid and Scholarships teams, Directors of Outreach, CMS managers and staff, Directors of Admissions and Records (DAR), State University Registrars (SUR), Extended Education, Cal State Online, and institutional research directors.
Enterprise Infrastructure Analyst Chancellor's Office
The California State University, Office of the Chancellor, is seeking an Enterprise Infrastructure Analyst to be responsible for the administration, management, and maintenance of the CSU's Common Management System (CMS), PeopleSoft Human Resources, Campus Solutions, and Finance Applications, and third-party interfaces for business continuity, optimal performance, and system capacity. As a member of the ITS Technical Services team, participating in projects, documentation, and support of Enterprise Systems. These projects require collaboration and coordination of effort and resources with the CMS teams, 23 campuses, vendors, contractors, and hosting partners. In addition, the Enterprise Infrastructure Analyst will provide coverage for after-hours (including weekends) on-call support as required.
Paralegal (Hybrid) Chancellor's Office
The California State University, Office of the Chancellor, is seeking a Paralegal (Hybrid) to be responsible for assisting Office of General Counsel attorneys, the Assistant Vice Chancellor and Chief of Staff and the Paralegal Supervisor in their professional work involving the full range of legal issues confronting the CSU.
Associate Environmental Planner Chancellor's Office
The California State University, Office of the Chancellor, is seeking an Associate Environmental Planner to assume certain systemwide environmental compliance responsibilities, under the guidance of the Director of Land Use and Environmental Review within the Capital Planning, Design and Construction (CPDC) Department. In this role, the Associate Environmental Planner will be responsible for review of CEQA and NEPA documents for capital projects at the 23 universities of the CSU. The Associate Environmental Planner will also have responsibility for implementing initiatives that are a critical part of the systemwide environmental compliance program, such as preparing and updating policy and technical guidance and tracking environmental compliance systemwide. In addition to working with the Director of Land Use Planning and Environmental Review, the position will require coordination with the Director of Planning, Director of Architecture, and University Planners and Architects within the Planning and Design Unit of CPDC, as well as periodic interface with other CPDC units including Energy, Sustainability, and Transportation, Construction, Real Estate Services, and the Office of Fire Safety. The Associate Environmental Planner will also work directly with university Facilities and Planning staff and the CSU’s third-party environmental consultants responsible for the preparation of technical environmental documentation.
Chief of Staff Chancellor's Office
The California State University, Office of the Chancellor, is seeking a Chief of Staff to be responsible for providing high-level strategic advising and direction to the DVC. The Chief of Staff will serve as the principal advisor on policy development and strategies to accomplish the priorities, goals and objectives of the CSU and the Division of Academic and Student Affairs. The Chief of Staff serves as a key member of the division leadership team providing insight and support and collaborates with division leadership to identify and shape strategic priorities. The incumbent will monitor and ensure effective resolution of projects by Associate and Assistant Vice Chancellors and ensure that the DVC is optimally prepared and briefed on current and emerging matters in academic and student affairs.
