Director, Source-to-Pay Solutions Chancellor's Office
The California State University, Office of the Chancellor, is seeking a Director, Source-to-Pay Solutions to lead the management and optimization of end-to-end procurement processes and technology platforms. This role encompasses sourcing, purchasing, supplier management, and payment activities. This role is responsible for developing and executing the strategic vision for CSU’s procurement systems, ensuring alignment with overall business goals, optimizing operational efficiency, and driving continuous improvement in procurement practices. The Director will lead a cross functional team of procurement, accounts payable, information technology professionals, and software implementation consultants who will collectively collaborate closely with stakeholders across the organization to deliver a best-in-class procurement solution. These modular applications are currently being configured to reside in a single unified CSU instance of the Jagger digital platform which will be integrated into CSU’s ERP systems. This unified instance of Jaggaer is intended to be a collaborative systemwide web-based platform shared across the twenty-three campuses of the CSU and the Office of the Chancellor.

Assistant Director, Systemwide Affairs Chancellor's Office
The California State University, Office of the Chancellor, is seeking an Assistant Director, Systemwide Affairs to inform and advise the Executive Director, the California State Student Association (CSSA) Systemwide Affairs Committee, and Board of Directors on CSU Chancellor’s Office on systemwide policy matters. The Assistant Director will advise the Vice President of Systemwide Affairs and Systemwide Affairs Committee on systemwide policy development and engagement; will develop, implement, and manage systemwide affairs policy development and programs in support of CSSA’s policy agenda; and manage student engagement opportunities at the system level such as Systemwide Committee appointments and the search process for the student trustees, including advising the Student Trustee Committee. The Assistant Director will work collaboratively with the Office of Government Relations to determine implementation impacts on legislation relevant to CSU students and ensure student-centered implementation of CSSA supported legislation. The Assistant Director will serve as the staff liaison between the Cal State Student Association and the Alumni Council and Academic Senate of the CSU.

Financial and Operations Specialist, APIFD Chancellor's Office
The California State University, Office of the Chancellor, is seeking a Financial and Operations Specialist, APIFD to provide strategic recommendations and insights to maximize department resources and supports administrative operations of the department. This position leads, coordinates, administers, and analyzes the fiscal and budgetary policies and procedures for all managed budgets within Academic Preparation, Innovation & Faculty Programs (APIFD with varying complex fund sources and constraints. This position is responsible for ensuring that all transactions follow CSUCO, state, federal, and private grantor fiscal policies, practices, and procedures. The incumbent also acts as a financial thought-partner with department colleagues leading programmatic work. The incumbent independently monitors expenditures; identifies and rectifies processing errors; reconciles budget journal activities ensures accurate expenditure of funds; and leads the annual budget request and allocation processes. The incumbent also serves as the administrative specialist for human resources policies and procedures for the department.
Chief of Staff Chancellor's Office
The California State University, Office of the Chancellor, is seeking a Chief of Staff to be responsible for providing high-level strategic advising and direction to the DVC. The Chief of Staff will serve as the principal advisor on policy development and strategies to accomplish the priorities, goals and objectives of the CSU and the Division of Academic and Student Affairs. The Chief of Staff serves as a key member of the division leadership team providing insight and support and collaborates with division leadership to identify and shape strategic priorities. The incumbent will monitor and ensure effective resolution of projects by Associate and Assistant Vice Chancellors and ensure that the DVC is optimally prepared and briefed on current and emerging matters in academic and student affairs.
Real Estate Development Manager Chancellor's Office
The California State University, Office of the Chancellor, is seeking a Real Estate Development Manager to manage research and analysis to support the negotiation and execution of real estate transactions, including development partnerships, acquisitions, and easements, as well as the development of CSU policies around such transaction types. The incumbent will perform market research, research and reference CSU policy and precedent transactions, review and analyze business terms and other elements of prospective transactions, collaborate with other CPDC units and Chancellor’s Office departments to provide direction to campuses, strategize with campus development teams and participate in negotiations, and assist in the development of systemwide policies, procedures, trainings and sharing of best practices. Specific responsibilities and degree of required leadership will vary from project to project, depending on both the nature of the project as well as the subject campus’s levels of subject matter knowledge and internal resources.

The California State University, Office of the Chancellor, is seeking an Accountant II to perform a variety of work assignments requiring thorough knowledge and understanding of generally accepted accounting principles and practices as well as a full range of professional accounting and cash management activities. Budget and Office Support Analyst Chancellor's Office
The California State University, Office of the Chancellor, is seeking a Budget and Office Support Analyst to be responsible for the ERC Division budget; tracking and monitoring systemwide strategic initiatives, goals and projects; tracking survey results using predetermined metrics and key performance indicators; and supporting various projects, initiatives and meetings for the ERC Division. This position receives specific direction on all budget and financial matters, including preparing, coordinating, monitoring, and analyzing budget details; works closely with the CO Systemwide Budget Office to review and explain department funding requests and future funding needs; monitors and tracks current spending to ensure the division is within its set budget; and in collaboration with the ERC senior leadership team, monitors each department's respective budget to identify weaknesses and make recommendations based on budget analysis and reports created in Data Warehouse. Additionally, this position provides guidance, support, and training to ERC senior leadership, Confidential Administrative Support, and Administrative Assistants regarding budget-related issues and concerns. This position assists the Director of Operations with systemwide and interdepartmental projects; collaborates closely to plan, prepare, and anticipate logistical needs for meetings and events, including the Board of Trustees Meetings and Vice Presidents for Advancement Council; creates and administers surveys; and prepares complex reports. The Budget and Office Support Analyst also provides backup to the Director of Operations and Executive Assistant in their absence.

Associate Legislative Advocate Chancellor's Office - Sacramento
The California State University, Office of the Chancellor, is seeking an Associate Legislative Advocate to have the primary responsibility for subject matter expertise, analysis, political strategy and advocacy in assigned issue areas. This position analyzes legislative matters in relation to the overall goals and objectives of the CSU and participates in the development and execution of the system’s advocacy efforts. Under the direct supervision of the DSR, this position is responsible for several functions including but not limited to: direct advocacy on CSU-related legislative issues; representing CSU positions on legislation in meetings with legislators, legislative staff and in public hearings; written communications including bill position correspondence, bill fiscal estimate statements and bill summaries; working with Chancellor’s Office (CO) staff and the DSR to develop bill strategies and amendments to legislation; preparing Chancellor’s Office experts for witness testimony or legislative meetings; developing and maintaining working subject matter knowledge of assigned issue areas; and support for system and campus-based advocacy efforts such as state capitol events and training programs.
Assistant Vice Chancellor, Federal Relations Chancellor's Office - Washington D.C.
The California State University, Office of the Chancellor, is seeking an Assistant Vice Chancellor, Federal Relations to be the chief strategist and lead advocate representing the interests of the California State University system before the executive and legislative branches of federal government. Under the general direction of the Vice Chancellor for External Relations and Communications, the AVC Federal Relations works with the Board of Trustees, Chancellor, and senior leadership across the university to develop federal legislative priorities and seek federal appropriations. This position will also ensure compliance with CSU internal policies relating to fire and panic safety construction and may represent the campus in interacting with municipal fire departments.

The California State University, Office of the Chancellor, is seeking a Campus Fire Marshal to conduct plan review and inspections to ensure compliance with fire and panic safety regulations and standards, as adopted by the OSFM. This position will also ensure compliance with CSU internal policies relating to fire and panic safety construction and may represent the campuses in interacting with municipal fire departments. This position will report to a Deputy Director of Fire Safety and serve as a Chancellor’s Office Capital Planning, Design and Construction representative for the CSU Fire Safety program at each CSU campus. Upon review and approval by the State Fire Marshal of the individual’s appropriate level of expertise, the incumbent will become a Designated Campus Fire Marshal (DCFM).
